Well folks, it's official! FALL is here in Oregon! It rained on-off Friday/Saturday, but really RAINED all day today and is coming down again tonight as I type.

Perfect day for staying inside, doing laundry and watching football!

Fun at the Pumpkin Patch '07

We had a great time today at the Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie Island!

Charlie got to go thru her first Corn Maze. Another hay ride and a fun MOO-Cow tractor pulled ride.

Thank you Rachel & Tim for inviting us along. Victor was war gaming, so he missed out!

"thirtysomething"......20 years later.....

Another non-Charlie post. Can't believe that "thirtysomething" premiered 20 years ago TODAY! I remember being a freshman down at Oregon State and watching it that first season. I don't know many girls that didn't wish they were Hope Steadman and wanted to find their "Michael". Well, Victor & I are no Hope & Michael, but we are pretty darn happy and the luckiest people on the planet to have our Charlie! Happy Saturday everyone!

Friday Night @Chevy's

We had a great time last night at Chevy's! A last minute email call by DL and we were able to meet up with Suz/Shawn, DL & Glenn! You can see by the photos that we all had a great time, including the munchkin!

Not all blog entries are about Charlie...

Hey Mommy--Cool Mittens, THANKS!

Okay - it's not winter yet, but it is starting to get a little more chilly in the morning--especially at 5:15am (Monday-Wednesday) when Charlotte gets picked up by Grandma. I bought her a new fuzzy hat (not shown) and it came with these cute mittens. She wanted me to keep putting them on, then she kept having fun taking them off tonight. Oh, to be young again, without a care in the world!

Monday Madness......

I couldn't come up with a more clever title....Charlie & Victor were going to watch Monday Night Football when I was getting ready to leave for my quilt group tonight. All she wanted to do was do back flips, using Victor as a spring board! I think we need to get her enrolled into gymnastics SOON!

Look at all those teeth in there....13 & 14 have popped thru on the bottom and 15 & 16 are starting to come in on the top (I found out the hard way -- OUCH -- tonight)!

Grandpa Green's Birthday Present Made It....Finally

It showed up Saturday night -- after we'd gotten back from taking dad out to dinner....crazy!!! We had to go drop the Yukon at their house, so Charlotte got to help Grandpa open his gift. A history of the Kansas City Chiefs!

Happy Belated Birthday Grandpa Green!

We had a great time tonight at Red Robin, celebrating Grandpa Green's birthday a few days after the fact! Charlotte enjoyed eating a little bit of everyone's food and we all laughed and had a good time. Ironically, Grandpa's present hadn't shown-up yet...but when we got home tonight, it had been delivered via FedEx. We'll see them tomorrow when we return the Yukon they were good enough to let us borrow for the past 2 weeks!

Happy Birthday Grandpa Green. Can't believe you are moving to Hawaii, but I'll be sure to come visit! Love you! Charlotte!

They're Leaving on a Jet Plane......

They called tonight and they are back, safe & sound to HOT/Sunny Arizona! What a great two weeks we had. Charlotte not only got to spend a ton of time with Grandma & Grandpa Cina, she also got to have two roomies while they were here. It's gonna be interesting to see what her reaction is to not having Grandma & Grandpa in her room when she wakes up tomorrow!

Daddy & Grandpa Cina stayed up late Friday night gaming. Grandpa beat daddy both games! Good job Grandpa!

What a busy last full day we had. Photo shoot with Grandma & Grandpa Cina.....Charlotte went back to Grandma & Grandpa Green's house so the rest of us could go see Body Worlds at OMSI. Charlotte got to go hang out with the puppies at the vet while they got all their blood work done for the next upcoming adventure with Grandma & Grandpa Green! Can you say MOVING to Hawaii anyone????

We had a good time after OMSI & dinner getting a few more photos of everyone --- Charlotte had a great time wearing Grandpa Cina's reading glasses!
