Reading with Great Nana is the Best!!!

After dinner and bath time it was story time! Great Nana & little Charlotte snuggled up on the couch together and Great Nana read Charlotte quite a few of her favorite books and some new ones too!

Great Nana Brushing Little Charlotte's Hair...

It's funny...she won't let Victor or I brush her hair...but give the brush to Great Nana and not only will she let her brush her hair...she'll smile and sit still! Great Nana is the best!

Sunday Evening Fun with Great Nana, Uncle Donald & Aunt Sue...

We went to Grand Lodge for dinner Sunday night. Great Nana treated us all to a yummy dinner! After dinner we walked around the grounds at Grand Lodge. Then we hung out at home outside (once it got a little cooler) and until the bugs started biting!

What a Great Wedding!!!

I'm done with my bloggin' about the wedding...lots of great memories and FUN! I'm so glad that Victor, Charlotte and I live in the same city as most of the Hornbrooks so we were able to attend this FUN wedding!

The Cake and Party Favors...

The cake was not only beautiful...it was YUMMY too! It was funny to listening to the "older generation" comment on the cake and how different things are now. Then us youngins talked about how we DON'T miss the staircases going up the sides of the cake with the bride/groom at the top!























Loved the little boxes with s.H.e (Stephen.Hornbook.Erica)....I didn't get a photo of the candy area and huricane/vases that the candy choices were in...we did have a couple of awesome sour gummy worms when we got home last night.

Charlotte Meet Chartlotte...

Aren't these two cute! Turns out, they are both Charlottes. Our little Charlotte's new friend has an awesome birthday. 05-05-05!!! It was fun seeing the 2 & 3 year olds play and dance together like they'd known each other for a long time!


















THEN....The girls started pulling up their dresses....this is when THIS Charlotte was cut off! Cute, but don't need to see her naked budha belly!

Introducing Mr. & Mrs. Stephen Hornbrook...

We had a wonderful evening at Stephen & Erica's wedding! It was held at the Oregon Golf Club in West Linn (very nice)!!!

It was HOT today--I mean HOT for Oregon. The wedding ceremony was outside (yikes), but we all survived the heat.

After they were pronounced husband and wife, instead of your traditional "wedding music"..."Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins was played. Stephen put on his shades and they walked off happily ever after. It was a great wedding!

Hot Time at Beaverton Farmers Market...

Charlotte & I met up with Suz, Tyler & Shawn at the Beaverton Farmers Market this morning. We had yummy waffles for breakfast. Walked around a bit and bought a pint of yummy strawberries. It was pretty hot today, so we hung out in the shade by the play structure -- took some photos then headed home!
