Raffle quilt winner...

Congrats to Marilyn from the Westside Quilters Guild. She purchased the winning ticket!

Charlotte and I delivered it to her in person tonight at the monthly guild meeting. Charlotte wanted Melissa in the photo too! ;-)

This raffle quilt raised $1,337.00 for the American Cancer Society.

Can't wait to see what Rosemary comes up with next year!

Wee Bees for a Cure -- Team Captain Charlotte...

We loaded up my car with all our Relay t-shirts (to take to the t-shirt pick-up party tomorrow night) and I pulled Charlotte's out and she insisted on showing our neighbors Linda & Joe...too cute...warning...after this weekend it's a FULL COURT press for Relay and my mission is to get the remaining quilt raffle tickets sold and Victor to join Charlotte and I as $1K club members....

We've got raffle tickets, LOTS of raffle tickets left to sell! Have you bought some from her yet?? If not, it's SUPER easy to do! Tickets are $1.00 each, on-line there is a minimum $5.00 donation. Go to her RFL Website and make a donation online. I'll print out labels with your info and mail the raffle ticket stubs to your home. We will be drawing the winner on Sunday, August 2nd @8:30am (the morning our Relay event ends). Need NOT be present to win.

Charlotte is already a $1,000 club member, but her goal is to raise $2,500 in 2009...won't you please help! ;-)

Charlie & Sammie & Raffle Quilt '09...

After the egg hunt, a stop off at REI (to pick-up rented snow shoes for tomorrow's adventure on Mt. Hood) and a haircut for Charlie...we stopped by Rosemary's house to get a picture of the raffle quilt.

Rosemary is DONE with our 2009 Wee Bees for a Cure raffle quilt. Tickets are $1.00 each.

If you notice, there are cancer awareness ribbons that make-up the quilt. It's not totally obvious, unless you are looking for it...pretty cool!

To enter, simply make a donation on Charlotte Cina's website
and I will get the tickets filled out and mail or deliver the ticket stub to you. The winning ticket will be drawn on Sunday, August 2nd @8:30am at the Beaverton Relay For Life (need not be present to win)!
