Ten on Tuesday...

I can't believe it's the LAST day of November edition...

1. Seriously, it's November 30th....where did 2010 go?
2. Had a wonderful week off last week and awesome time with the extended Green families last week!
3. Charlotte and I went and saw the new Disney movie, Tangled, Friday -- great flick!
4. Having 800, 2.5 oz bags of Kettle Korn being delivered at work this morning for our monthly update meetings....the fun things I get to charge to my Corp. AmEx card!
5. Excited about going up to the Ski's Tree Farm on Saturday..."real" tree for us this year!
6. 10 days off and I need a vacation from my vacation.
7. Victor made the BEST veggie chili on Sunday--Yummy!
8. Christmas cards (photo cards) were sent out on Saturday and I'm excited that folks have already started receiving them.
9. Charlotte's school Christmas program is next week...can't wait to see our Wee Bee on the stage with all her classmates!
10. Thankful for an uneventful Thanksgiving with family.

Fun times at Big Al's...

Saturday night we met up with the Turpins last night at the new Big Al's in Beaverton. It's a pretty loud place, but we had a great time! Tyler was so great...he wanted to help Charlotte win a stuffed animal, so they pooled all their tickets from the arcade games. Turns out, Miss Charlotte is quite the ringer....she hit ended up getting over 300 tickets on two different machines. Both kids got to pick a few items and had a blast!

Camas, WA...what a great little town...

We piled into the cars and spent a little time in Camas, WA exploring their great little town. Highlight of the town was the AWESOME hardware store...resident cat Coaster, was a great little host.

Then we drove up to my cousin's home to hang out with all the WA Greens for a few hours. Most of the adults took a little cruse around Camas to see the sights...Highlight of that excursion, besides going to their brand new Costco that opened today and seeing the $19,999 - 85" tv....was going by the new high school and my brother asking my dad to stop the car. Tim ran out, around the fence and proceeded to get about 2,000+ geese to FLY AWAY...it was awesome! As soon as I get video from my SIL, I'll post it....CLASSIC Timmy Green moment! Gotta love my little brother!

The 5 cousins had a great time together....the craziness will really begin tomorrow. It's gonna be a great day.

So very THANKFUL for our family (near and far) and all our friends. Wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving and blessing all year round.

Ten on Tuesday...

1. So happy the Green Family Unit (my brother's family) is here thru Friday.
2. The Wee Ski and The Wee Bee were a hit Friday night on the "Relay Runway"
3. Very happy I took the entire week off of work....much needed break.
4. Charlotte, Jack and Kaylie got their photo taken with Santa today!
   
5. Looking forward to spending tomorrow AND Thursday with 15 of us all together -- Greens and Cinas!
6. Is VERY thankful for my amazing hubby! He's got to be THE most patient person I know!
   
7. Rock Bottom makes a mean Mac n' Chicken dish.
   
8. Still loving Mike's Black cherry Lemonade.
9. LOVES Costco's photo center! It's pretty sad when they all know me on a first name basis though...
10. Relay Summit ROCKED! So lucky to volunteer with some of THE most amazing people on the planet and lucky to call them my friends!

Good today at Out of this World Pizza and hanging out at Papa & Nana's house....we waited for the snow...it still isn't really sticking, but rumor has it, it's not suppose to get above 31 tomorrow...we shall see.

Relay Runway - Move it, Move it style...

Oh, so much fun Friday night...The Wee Bee and the Wee Ski made their Relay Runway debut Friday night. They raised a combined total of over $7,000 in 2010 for Relay. Check out the video and a few photos Shelley captured behind the scenes.

Portland's Relay Summit 2010....Beaverton Committee!!!

WOW!!! What an awesome Summit!!!

I have too many photos to post, but I've gotta put this one out here. 20 of our 26 Committee members were able to attend the Regional Relay Summit yesterday. It as AWESOME! Best one yet.

We received 4 awards yesterday. Pacesetter, All American Award, Explosive Grown and one additional award (that I didn't get the name of)....everything happened so fast when our name was called and we were asked to come on stage in this photo. I knew we were getting some type of recognition, just didn't the magnitude!

What I love about this, is that when you put a group of VOLUNTEERS together, you COMMUNICATE (in my case over communicate), you have FUN and you all remember WHY you are Relaying...GREAT THINGS will happen!

THANK YOU 2010 Relay Committee and 2011 Committee, you thought last year was fun, you just wait, you ain't seen nothing yet!

Seriously looking forward to spending a good portion of this weekend with our Relay Committee. This was taken around 9:35am on Sunday morning after we'd all spent 24+ hours Relaying together...the AWESOME thing...we have about a 90-95% return rate to our Committee AND we have SIX new members, SO FAR!
