Since her birthday was on Mother's Day this year...we took turns deciding what we would do.  Victor works on Sundays, so it was just us girls....

Mother's Day...

Mother's Day was celebrated on Saturday since Victor works on Sunday.  After Charlotte's birthday party, we met my folks for dinner/celebration at Red Robin...celebrating more birthdays and Mother's Day.  It was a great weekend!

Charlotte was a HUGE helper on Sunday after the quilt show.  Melissa and Holly put her to work picking up all the clips used to hang the quilts.  She had a blast!

Early Mother's Day...

After the birthday party, we unloaded the gifts at home, then headed up to mom & dad's place for a nice relaxed BBQ! What a great way to end the evening....well, almost end the evening. When we got home, we let Charlie unwrap all her gifts and she'll be busy tomorrow writing Thank You Cards for ALL of them!

Happy Mother's Day 2010...

Victor, Charlotte and I went out to dinner last night with Mom and Dad. Charlotte had made Nana a photo collage from Costco of photos from the time that Jack & Kaylie were here in April. Mom loved it! ;-)

Mother's Day 2009...

We met my folks for an early lunch today at Rose's Deli to celebrate Mother's Day. We had a fun time before, during and after lunch!

Why I smiled today...Lucky enough to spend part of the day with my mom and all day with my daughter and hubby!

Mother's Days past...

Last year we were fortunate enough to be visiting my folks in Hawaii. Charlie's b-day also fell on Mother's Day last year.

Victor, Charlie & I spent that day driving around the island of Oahu, while my poor dad was having another emergency eye surgery.

What great memories of that trip we have and what a wonderful way to spend my 3rd year as a mommy!



















Mother's Day 2007...This is what Charlie (well, Victor) made for me...LOVE IT! Unfortunately no photos of Charlie & I together that day. Proof though that REAL MEN do go to JoAnns and make gifts for their wives!
