Multnomah Falls...

We love Oregon...

Rachel and I took another painting class at Vine Gogh.  This time it was at the Sellwood location.  Definitely like Tigard best!  This one has not so great acoustics and when it gets semi-rowdy, which the group of 12 women near the front were, it was hard to hear, let alone think.  We still had a great time and love our paintings!  

The Oregon Garden...

Charlotte and I decided to go on a little adventure to The Oregon Garnden on Sunday morning...it's a bit of a drive down to Silverton, but it was sunny and warm and NOT crowded...so happy we went!

Snow shoeing at White River...

Today was too nice not to go up to Mt. Hood. With ALL the snow we've had this season, we really haven't felt the need to purposely go up to the snow...until yesterday, on our way home from Sherwood, Mt. Hood was looking mighty beautiful. We stopped by REI to pick me up a pair of snow shoes (renting) and today was the day!

Charlie did GREAT. We still had to carry her in the pack, but at least she walked around in the snow (during our lunch break) and even attempted to build a wee little snowman.

Boy, Mt. Hood was perfect and we had a great day!

Why I smiled today...sun, SUN and MORE SUN!!! It's about time!

Why I smiled today...Despite her facial expression in this first photo...we had a GREAT time at the falls today!

I don't ever remember seeing quite so much water going over the falls in all the years I've been there.
