Fun group shot from Sunday's Parkinson's walk. Lenny of www.pdxphotolounge.com was set-up and taking not just team photos (4 group photos)...but he was also printing us each our own photo booth copy! SO COOL!

Parkinson's walk...

We walked today in honor of my mom! Thanks Rachel, Dean and Jill for walking with
us today!

They had a great turnout (over 1,500) of us walking to help Sole Support for Parkinson's.


Former Portland Trailblazer Brian Grant was also there...very cool to see him and he walked with all of us!

FUNtastic Friday...

Charlotte and I are having a GREAT day! My mom stopped by to pick-up her Parkinson's Walk t-shirt for Sunday. Charlotte and I went to get her haircut -- love that she sits still for them! Then Costco for a few needed items...the sun isn't quite out yet...we are cleaning and playing and singing silly songs with Larry (Veggie Tales)....life is good!

Maria's first volleyball game...

Charlotte and I went to watch Maria in her first volleyball game. It was a lot of fun getting to root the girls on. Maria and all the girls did great! You could tell they were a bit nervous, but they were having FUN (which is what it's all about).

Thanks Maria for inviting us, we'll be coming again during the season...Go Falcons, GO!

Wordless Wednesday...

Ten on Tuesday...

1. Today was a good day!
2. Painting my kiddos finger nails purple (Relay purple) tonight!
3. Grilled cheese sandwiches were so yummy for dinner!
4. Still can't see the top of my desk in the craft room.
5. Still can't print to the printers...
6. Finished up season 2 and starting season 3 of LOST tonight!
7. Looking forward to one last get together, BBQ on Saturday, with our 2010 Relay Committee.
8. Need to seriously start cutting fabric and fusible fleece for 20+ more Letty's Bags (procrastination is NOT a good thing in this case)...
9. This time next week I'll be in ABQ (work) and looking forward to a couple more days of 80+ weather, even though I'll be inside 90% of the time.
   
10. Can't believe FALL is here tomorrow night, but I'm happy because it's my FAVORITE season of them all!

Beaverton's Celebration Parade...

We had a great time in the parade. Celebrating more birthdays...our vision of the future, a world with no cancer!
