Creative stuff from 2014...

When I looked back on all that I made last year, I didn't realize just how MUCH I really did.  Cool stuff.  Some on-time only and other's, way more times than I'd like to count!!  Glad I love to crochet as much as I do!

'Twas the weekend before 2nd grade...

And all through the house, the kiddo was squirming and waiting to pounce!

Okay, seriously, can't rhyme to save my life...ready for school to start tomorrow!

Mom and Dad stopped over this afternoon to wish her a great first day!

Crocheting at Black Butte Ranch...

I had REALLY high hopes for getting tons of stuff made while we were gone.  I didn't get as much as I was hoping, but at least what I started I finished and poor Rosemary didn't have to help put body parts together...

Squadron of planes...Pattern by Marika.

Eight penguines, almost done

One big monster...never doing that one again, too much time...

Planes before I put the wings on...

Snakes on a plane.  THANK YOU Melinda for that one.
Completed penguins.
Minion..I need to learn to like these because I know they will sell like hot cakes!

Crater Lake...

At our monthly We Bee Quilters meeting, somebody brought up Crater Lake.  One of us said we should go and Margaret said she'd love to, she'd never been...thus an idea is born!

The other house didn't want to go, except Margaret, and Andy wanted to go, but Ginger didn't, so we waiting until Andy got to Black Butte and before Ginger arrived and spent 10 long/good/fun hours getting their and coming back.  Wednesday, July 10th was a fun day!

We decided to drive all the way around...so many great views!  Only 43 photos in this batch!

302 miles, but so worth it!  Love living in the PNW!  Crater Lake is our only National Park and now Margaret has her very own life-time pass to ALL the National Parks/Monuments!

Quick Starbucks/gas fill-up in Bend...then the SIX of us were off...

Phone booth sans the phone or phone book at a rest stop on the way down.

Our first glimpse of the lake....it's SO pretty!

Melissa, Margaret and Andy.

Hot stuff!

Relaxing outside the Crater Lake Lodge....this would be great, price tag, not so much!

Cool 'bark' wall...

SNOW!

Phantom Ship (island)...

This little guy landed on Margaret

Very cool waterfall...

Until next time Crater Lake...it was FUN!
